I am 53 years old and have been with Body Perfections for 2 1/2 years. My health has improved and I am stronger and more confident about myself than I have ever been. I have lost 12 pounds and 2 sizes. For the first time in years I was able to sport a bikini this summer.

Cathy has helped me with my workout for 9 years. It is very detailed and easy to follow. She has been helpful in explaining why and the benefits of doing each exercise I have completed. We have a workout in place and she rotates different exercise in and out of my plan so I do not get discourged. Cathy has been helpful in my eating habits and has gotten me to understand the benefits of drinking plenty of water. As she has said it is a life style change you can make with your effort. In 2008, at the age of 51 I found that I was ready to do something about
my weight, that is when I met Cathy. She helped me so much. With logging
my food and setting up exercise plans. We did this all through emails. I
logged my food and sent it to her a couple of times a week and she would
comment on some of the things I was eating and make suggestions on what
else to try. She kept me moving with free weights and a ball at home,
using the Super Slow Method. I also did a lot of walking. I lost a total
of 50 lbs with her help. She is awesome to work with and is very calm and
in control when I just wanted to give it up. I can not say enough good
things about how she helped and guided me when things began to get tough.
The end result was worth it.
